By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Terms of Service andPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2. Scope of Services

remove-bg.io provides AI-powered tools and services that remove backgrounds from images uploaded by Users. While certain features may be offered free of charge, we also provide subscription-based plans with additional functionality and usage limits. 3. User Obligations

As a User of the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise interacting with the Service.
• Use the Service in compliance with these Terms, the Terms of Service, applicable laws, and any acceptable use policies established by remove-bg.io.
• Maintain the security of your account by safeguarding your password and other account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Ensure that any uploaded content complies with applicable copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

Subscription fees are payable in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. We reserve the right to require payment through trusted third-party payment processors. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to pricing or subscription terms indicates acceptance of such modifications.

5. Use of Third-Party Tools and Analytics

We integrate various third-party analytics, security, and performance tools to enhance the Service, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Sentry.io, Cloudflare Turnstile, Google reCAPTCHA, and Google Tag Manager. These tools may collect information such as IP addresses, browser details, and usage patterns. 6. Data Handling and Privacy

We process uploaded images temporarily and securely. Images are deleted immediately after background removal and are not stored. 7. Changes to Services and Pricing

remove-bg.io reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time. We may also change pricing, subscription terms, or features with reasonable notice. If you do not agree with any changes, you may terminate your subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, remove-bg.io shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, interruptions to the Service, loss of data, or any errors or omissions in content. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the last six months.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bezawada, India.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and remove-bg.io with respect to your use of the Service. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
