By default the editor processes your image right in your browser using a local model that runs on your device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and the result lives only in your downloads folder. If a photo is unusually large or your device is older, the editor may offer a server-assisted path, and even then the file is deleted from the server within minutes of the result being delivered.
Do I need to sign up to download the high-resolution version?
No account, no email, no payment. The high-resolution download is available straight away, the same as the preview. There is no watermark on personal exports and no daily quota for typical use. The free tier exists because the heavy lifting happens on your device, so there is nothing to meter.
